1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the KONNEXA platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Service Description

KONNEXA is an artificial intelligence SaaS platform for automating customer service, sales and customer relationships. Our services include:

AI agents for automated omnichannel customer service.
Integration with social networks (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
CRM and sales pipeline management.
Marketing automation and conversion funnels.
Performance reports and analytics.

3. Registration and Account

To use the platform, you must create an account providing true and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities carried out on your account.

4. Plans and Payments

Plans and pricing are available on the platform's pricing page.
Payments are processed monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan.
Non-payment may result in the suspension or cancellation of the account.
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days after purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

The user agrees to:

Use the platform in a lawful and ethical manner.
Not send spam or unsolicited messages.
Not use AI for fraudulent, deceptive or illegal purposes.
Comply with the terms of service of integrated third-party platforms (Meta, WhatsApp).
Not attempt to access other users' data without authorisation.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the platform, including software, design, trademarks and content, belong to KONNEXA. The user retains the rights to their own data and content.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The platform allows integrations with third-party services (Meta, WhatsApp Business, etc.). KONNEXA is not responsible for changes, unavailability or policies of these services. The user is responsible for complying with the terms of each integrated platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

KONNEXA provides its services "as is". We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. The user may cancel their account at any time through the platform's settings.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be communicated by email or through the platform. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese and European Union law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal.
